Michael Tyrimos Constructions Ltd was founded in 1992 by Michael Tyrimos…
after acquiring extensive experience in new technologies and ways of working in the Middle East and high profile projects. Ever since its commencement in the construction industry the company has slowly and steadily progressed into one of the most reliable and experienced firm on the island.
The company is allowed to bid and undertake Class A’ Building Projects and Class C’ Technical Projects according to Cyprus Construction Regulations with the vision of obtaining the Highest Class in both Project categories. We have also been active in the development of residential units ever since Mr. Tyrimos founded the company with a number of projects built ever since.
The company values and respects its customers through the application of the highest levels of quality in production and the delivery of projects on time – meeting and our clients expectations every time. M. Tyrimos Constructions’ motto is ‘Raise the line’ and that is what we proud ourselves of doing with every new project, aided by the acquisition and implementation of the ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System since 2009 (Certificate).
We work closely with the private and public sector to provide all kinds of construction projects such as apartment blocks, industrial units and warehouses, showrooms, supermarkets, offices, shops, schools, parks, stadiums, amphitheatres and roads.
M. Tyrimos Constructions along the years has acquired all kinds of major equipment to aid in following the correct procedures and time schedules set by the company guidelines and client specifications. Associates and subcontractors hold long term relationships with our company but we are always happy to work with new people that follow our vision.
